Fee
When does the late cancellation fee apply?
- Less than 24 hours notice/service day/lockout= 100% full service fee will be charged
- Within 48-24 hours from the start of the appointment= $50.00/per employee assigned to the service
- More than 48 hours from the start of the appointment= No charge
Since we book this place especially for you, the fee will be used to pay our cleaners who would otherwise be cleaning for another client
Returned check or credit card fee
A fee of $30.00 will be charged for declined credit/card, canceled or returned payments on all payments. Invoices are due on the day of service. Any payment received after the day of service is considered late.
Collection fee
A fee of $30.00 will be charged for all monies owed that go to our collections office more than 30 days from the date of service, and no discounts or coupons will be honored. Invoices are due on the day of service. Any payment received after the day of service is considered late.

When is my payment processed?
Payments are processed when the cleaning service is completed, payment will be processed on the day of service. Note: For commercial payments they will be made as negotiated with the contracting company.

Coupons
We rarely offer coupons or discounts, but if you have a coupon code it will only be valid at the time of booking (not at checkout) and must be entered in the comments section of your booking. Multiple coupons and/or promotions cannot be combined.

How do I get a personalized quote?
Normally, the price shown on our website serves 95% well. If you have any custom/special requests that you think will affect pricing, please call (321) 522 – 8409 to discuss.
Cleaning Limit after Hiring.
If you set a time limit on your cleaning, for example you contract cleaning activities for three (3) hours, but change your mind and want those contracted cleaning activities to be carried out in two (2) hours, our team will stop working at the requested time, even if the work has NOT been completed to cover the included tasks.
In these cases, we will NOT be able to honor the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee or re-clean your home for free as we were limited due to the time limitation you set. By limiting your deep cleaning time, you are voiding our cleaning guarantee.
We recommend that you do not set a time limit to ensure a better result and to match our included tasks
Products, supplies and tools we use
What brands of green cleaning products do you use?
We use a variety of non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products, including but not limited to:Biokleen Multipurpose(bathrooms, floors),Bonami(scrub),Good(wood floors), essential oils and water/vinegar (for windows).
Who provides the cleaning products, tools and supplies?
Cleaning technicians will arrive at your home with all the necessary eco-friendly cleaning products, supplies and machines. Clients will be required to provide:
- Preferred brand/size of trash bags
- Paper towels, soaps if to be dispensed.
- Furniture polishing (if used)
You can also provide your own products, mop, vacuum and any other supplies if you prefer. We typically clean more efficiently with our own supplies since we are familiar with them.
Type of vacuum cleaners we use
We use Bissell and Shark CarpetXpert vacuums with StainStriker. If you prefer to provide us with your own vacuum cleaner, it is not a problem, we can use that too
Planning
Can I change the times already scheduled?
All Schedule changes are handled directly with the company and NOT through the housekeeping team, who does not have full access to the scheduling system. If you would like to request a schedule change, please contact email info@321spacecleaners.com or call (321) 522-8409. Please do not contact our cleaners to cancel or modify your appointment.
What happens if I cancel or reschedule my cleaning service?
To best serve you and maintain our cleaning team, we need to ensure that our cleaners have a full schedule, and that last minute cancellations and cancellations prevent us from achieving that goal. Therefore, after much consideration, we must update our cancellation fees to ensure that your canceled spot is not left unsold.

What time will my cleaning team arrive?
We reserve the right to arrive at scheduled appointments within the period of 45 minutes and 1 hour. For example, if your cleaning is scheduled for 10am, your cleaner can arrive between 10am and 11am. The given window allows us to create routes according to the locations to perform cleaning.
What happens if I want to hire a cleaner from 321 Space Cleaners directly?
Unfair Solicitation Agreement
We value our cleaners and invest enormous time, energy and expense in our selection, hiring and training process.
We are proud that 321 Space Cleaners has some of the lowest turnover rates. This agreement helps safeguard our success by providing only the best staff to our deserving clients. Unfortunately, some people want quality without paying for it and try to undermine our efforts by trying to «out» our cleaners.
This is why our clients and cleaners make an “unfair request agreement.” A fee of $2,500 (for damages) will be charged for non-compliance. This helps minimize the risk of unfair solicitation, which undermines the good experience all of our customers have come to expect. Please help us maintain our extraordinary success by not requiring direct hiring of our cleaners.
- I understand that cleaners at 321 Space Cleaners cannot work directly with me for one full year after termination.
- I understand that I will be charged a $2,500 finder’s fee if I hire a 321 Space Cleaners cleaner individually for a private job.
Security and Confidentiality
What happens if there is damage to my property?
If at any time the cleaning environment poses a health or safety issue for our cleaners, we can no longer provide a cleaning service as it puts them at risk. We will be happy to re-evaluate once circumstances have changed and these Terms of Security and Confidentiality are met.
In the unlikely event that your cleaner breaks an item or causes any damage to your property during cleaning, please submit a detailed report within 48 hours of service by sending an email info@321spacecleaners.com with the following information:
- Description of the damage.
- Cost to replace (at fair market value)
- Photos showing the damage.
If you do not report damage within 24-48 hours of the service date, we will not honor requests for damage repair or refund.
We will personally review any unresolved incident to ensure the fairest resolution possible.
We value you as a customer and want to resolve each incident to your satisfaction.
Please do not hesitate to call us if you need further clarification on any of our policies.
Scope of service
Please note that we will do what we can within the stated cleaning time, following our cleaning checklist and priorities if you have added any.
There is no guarantee that we will be able to clean the entire requested cleaning location within the allotted time as this would depend on the state of soiling at the time of service. We will contact you and advise you if additional time will be needed. The additional cost will be based on the agreed upon service hourly rate; and will only be charged if authorized by the client.

How do I tip my cleaner?
Yes, you can do it in person with cash or just email us at info@321spacecleaners.comwith the amount you want to tip after your cleaning appointment. The average tip is 15% to 20%.
Is your service guaranteed?
Of course! If you are not satisfied, we will take the time to evaluate and possibly re-clean within 24 hours. More importantly, we’ll make sure to clarify your expectations up front to meet them the first time.
