Jorge Ivan and his team did an outstanding job at the apartments I rent. From the very beginning, I was impressed by their competitive pricing, punctuality, excellent communication, and the dedication and professionalism of their entire team.

One thing that particularly stood out to me was their flexibility and attention to detail. I specifically requested the use of organic and eco-friendly cleaning products, and they were fully prepared to accommodate my request. They also demonstrated excellent expertise in carpet cleaning, successfully removing difficult stains from several carpets and giving them a completely refreshed appearance.

Their service made a remarkable difference in the overall condition and presentation of the apartments, which has made the rental process much easier and more appealing for prospective tenants. The team was reliable, thorough, respectful of the property, and clearly experienced in professional cleaning.

I highly recommend Jorge Ivan and his company to anyone looking for a dependable, professional, and detail-oriented cleaning service. Their quality of work, customer service, flexibility, and commitment to delivering excellent results truly set them apart.

I had a “move in” cleaning, prior to moving into the house.

Gorge and his team were friendly and really paid attention to the details. Would highly recommend!

We called for a one time cleaning and Jorge and his team did a fantastic job. They were very detailed and professional. They noticed a lot of small things that I missed. Our house looks great and we would definitely use them again.

Wonderful job at the last minute! I had a change in my schedule and Josh and Sandra bent over backwards to clean my home before my moving truck arrived! Can't thank them enough and I feel much better moving into a nice clean space. Will call them again. Thank you 321!

Jorge and his two gals did an amazing job! I couldn’t have asked for a more detailed job. They put so much effort and care into what they do, and they treated my house like it was there’s, making sure it was done to the utmost perfection. I can’t wait to have them back and would recommend them to anyone in Brevard county. Definitely call these guys before you even try to go with the other “big guys” they are much more detailed and thorough!

Jorge and Sandra were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. It was a pleasure having them in our home. They worked with our busy schedule to get our home cleaned before we went in vacation. We will be hiring
