Terms of Service

Customers must agree to these terms when hiring 321 Space Cleaners.

Access to the place to clean.

We must assess a 50% fee when you do not leave access to enter the agreed location to clean. There are no exceptions after the first incident. 

Schedule changes

All Schedule changes are handled directly with the company and NOT through the cleaning team, nor through the companies’ social networks. If you would like to request a schedule change, please contact email info@321spacecleaners.com or call 3215228409. Please do not contact our cleaners to cancel or modify your appointment

Cancellation and rescheduling policy

To best serve you and maintain our cleaning team, we need to ensure that our cleaners have a full schedule, and that last minute cancellations do not prevent us from achieving that goal. Therefore, after much consideration, we must update our cancellation fees to ensure that your canceled spot is not left unsold.

  • Less than 24 hours notice/service day/lockout= 100% of the full service fee will be charged.
  • Within 48-24 hours from the start of the appointment= $50.00/per employee assigned to the service.
  • More than 48 hours from the start of the appointment= No charge
Email and SMS reminders:

We send an email reminder 72 hours (3 days) from your scheduled service date and time and another text reminder 24 hours from your scheduled service date and time. These reminders allow you to contact our office to cancel or reschedule.

321 Space Cleaners, reserves the right to process payments for cancellation and rescheduling fees.

You can cancel your scheduled cleaning service in several ways:
  • Call our office number at 3215228409. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm CST (closed on holidays).
  • Sending us an email to: info@321spacecleaners.com
  • Please do not use social media channels to communicate cancellations.
Recleans and complaints

Complaints or notices regarding services performed must be reported within 24 hours of the date and time of service. Reports should be sent toinfo@321spacecleaners.com,with your full name, address, contact information, date of service, and detailed description of the complaint. Refunds are not granted without a prior visit from a manager to evaluate the issue and determine the refund amount

Tipping

It is greatly appreciated, but not required. A suggested tip range is 10-15% of the fare. Please contact our office if you would like to add tips to your credit card payments. 

Pay

All jobs must have a credit card on file We require a 50% deposit for all first time cleanings over($400 USD).

We accept checks, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex) and transfers directly to the company account. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash.

Invoices are due on the day of service. Any payment received after the day of service is considered late.

Returned check or credit card fee.

A $30 fee will be charged for all canceled or returned checks and refused payments.

I also understand that if I have an unpaid balance with 321 Space Cleaners, and I do not make satisfactory payment arrangements, my account may be placed with a third-party collection agency. 

I will be responsible for reimbursement of any collection agency fees, including all costs and expenses incurred in collecting on my account, and possibly including reasonable attorneys’ fees, if any, incurred during collection efforts. 

In order for 321 Space Cleaners or its designated third-party collection agency to service my account, and where not prohibited by applicable law, I agree that 321 Space Cleaners and its designated third-party collection agency are authorized to 

(i) contact me by telephone at the telephone number(s) I am providing, including mobile telephone numbers, which could result in charges to me, 

(ii) Contact me by text message (message and data rates may apply) or email, using any email address I provide and 

(iii) Contact methods may include the use of prerecorded/artificial voice messages and/or the use of an automatic dialing device, as appropriate. 

 

321 Space Cleaners Prices

Cleaners will honor the time reserved on the website. Our pricing schedule is accurate as long as the original description presented matches the size and condition of the location to be cleaned. 

Please do not omit the information. Rather, submit all accurate information to avoid incomplete jobs. 

If our cleaners arrive on site to clean and conditions require more work than the originally booked time allows, the team will clean until the end of the scheduled time; At that time, if our client requires further cleaning, the cleaner will continue at the standard hourly rate per team member, only with prior confirmation from the client. 

 

Before and after photos

We reserve the right to document our work, including before and after photographs and video clips, that do not reveal location or privacy.

Preparing for cleaning

Don’t «clean up» before we arrive, but rather «pick up» as much as possible. The more surface area is free of mess, the more our cleaners can focus on quality and details for you. 

Stage

The ideal cleaning situation is when no one is around. Since this is not always possible, please eliminate as many distractions as possible so our cleaners can work without interruption. Try to schedule your cleaning day when there are fewer people.

 

What we don’t clean: 

  • Biohazard cleanup (mold, blood, body fluids).
  • Animal waste
  • Insects and/or rodents Move or lift anything over 25 pounds. We cannot move the furniture, but we will try to reach visible places by hand or with an extension grinder.
  • Powerful areas, including windows, chandeliers or tall light fixtures. We don’t climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Taller items will only be dusted with an extension duster.
Pets

¡We love them! Please be sure to secure any pets that may be a threat. Additionally, we do not clean up after sick pets or pet accidents. If your pet is a runner, take steps to make sure it is safe. We will certainly do our best to not let them out, but we cannot be responsible if they escape while we are in and out of the house.

Unfair Solicitation Agreement

We value our cleaners and invest enormous time, energy and expense in our selection, hiring and training process.

We are proud that 321 Space Cleaners has some of the lowest turnover rates.

This agreement helps safeguard our success by providing only the best staff to our deserving clients. Unfortunately, some people want quality without paying for it and try to undermine our efforts by trying to «out» our cleaners.

This is why our clients and cleaners make an “unfair solicitation agreement.” A fee of $2,500 (for damages) will be charged for non-compliance. This helps minimize the risk of unfair solicitation, which undermines the good experience all of our customers have come to expect.

Please help us maintain our extraordinary success by not requiring direct hiring of our cleaners. 

  • I understand that cleaners at 321 Space Cleaners cannot work directly with me for one full year after termination.
  • I understand that I will be charged a $2,500 finder’s fee if I hire a 321 Space Cleaners cleaner individually for a private job.
Security and Confidentiality

If at any time the cleaning environment poses a health or safety issue for our cleaners, we can no longer provide a cleaning service as it puts them at risk. We will be happy to re-evaluate once circumstances have changed and these Terms of Security and Confidentiality are met.

Damage

In the unlikely event that your cleaner breaks an item or causes any damage to your property during cleaning, please submit a detailed report within 48 hours of service by sending an email info@321spacecleaners.com, with the following information:

    1. Description of the damage.
    2. Cost to replace (at fair market value)
    3. Photos showing the damage. 

    If you do not report damage within 24-48 hours of the service date, we will not honor requests for damage repair or refund.

    We will personally review any unresolved incident to ensure the fairest resolution possible. We value you as a customer and want to resolve each incident to your satisfaction.
